1. Personal Item Removal Policy

Please remove all personal items from the console, cupholders, side doors trunk, etc.  If you fail to do so, you may be subject to a $10 "Personal Item Removal Surcharge"

2. Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your service less than 24 hours in advance, not including weather cancellations. You will be subject to a 25% "Cancellation Fee"

3. 24 Hour Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your wash, please don't hesitate to let us know. However, if 24 hours has past since your booking we will be unable to honor a request to fix anything you are dissatisfied with.
